THE IDEA

WeinFeldSineu is located near the historic village of Sineu in the center of Mallorca and is one of the smallest wine producers on the island. The number of wine bottles is limited, making the wine something very special.
We would like to enjoy this ecologically produced wine with other wine lovers.
From this came the idea of the

grapevine sponsorship.

We love Sineu and Mallorcan wines. That's why we settled here 11 years ago, at least for part of the year. That is why our journey of growing our own wine starts right here.

We want to produce a wine according to ecological standards, with no artificial irrigation so far. This makes the grapes smaller, but much more flavourful and a good basis for our wine.
We do not use any weedkillers, instead we use the wild growth in the WeinFeld as ecologically valuable green manure.
When equipping our wine bottles, we do without the usual plastic or metal end caps and use bottles with a lower weight in order to pursue the goal of sustainability here as well.

Since we are not winemakers ourselves, we cooperate with an experienced winemaker from Mallorca. This is a combination of passion and expertise that results in our fantastic wine.
