By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer confirms that he has unlimited legal capacity and has reached the age of 18 years.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer confirms that he has been informed that wine deliveries may only be handed out to persons who have reached the age of 18 years. The customer must ensure that the delivery can only be accepted by persons who have reached the age of 18 years.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the goods on our website does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
When an order is received via our website, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the ordering procedure provided on our website.

The order in the wine shop takes place in the following steps:

 

1. Selection of the desired goods
2. Confirm by clicking the "Add to Cart" button
3. Checking the information in the shopping cart
4. Press the button "Checkout" or "PayPal Checkout"
5. Enter shipping details
6. Confirm delivery method
7. Select payment method
8. Check and complete the order
9. Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button "Place Order"

The receipt of the order is confirmed immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract. We expressly declare our acceptance of the contract to the customer by delivering the goods or by requesting payment - whichever comes first. If we offer the customer the possibility to pay the order in detail beforehand, this is considered our binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with the selectable means of payment, which the customer can accept by paying, whereby the contract is concluded by payment by the customer.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data by email. You can also view the terms and conditions here at any time. If, after the conclusion of the contract, we find that we are permanently unable to deliver the goods ordered, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will notify you immediately and reimburse any payments already made.
 

Prices

The indicated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. In the case of delivery abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be charged which are not included in the total price displayed. You bear these costs, the amount of which you can inquire at the respective tax or customs administration.

Shipping costs & delivery
You can find an overview of the shipping options and the shipping costs caused by them here at the end of the terms and conditions. The shipping prices include statutory VAT. The delivery time for Germany is 3-5 working days, for all other deliverable countries 5-10 working days. The shipping costs are also displayed to the customer on the overview page before the order is placed.
Damages must be reported to the responsible parcel service or forwarding agent immediately and certified on the waybill.

 

Payment
You can use the following payment methods to pay for goods purchased in our wine shop: PayPal, credit and debit cards, Klarna and prepayment.

Your grapevine sponsorship package includes the following services. Of course you can also do without individual services, should you not wish them:

Organic cultivation and care of your sponsored grapevine.

 

Professional production of BIO wine.

​

Worldwide free shipping of your personal storybook with confirmation of your grapevine sponsorship, grape variety, grapevine number and maturity.

​

The identification of your sponsored grapevine by a handmade individual wooden sign with your name or company name and the grapevine number.

​

Regular updates from WeinFeldSineu on social media.

​

The identification of your sponsored grapevine on our WeinFeldSineu with the image or company logo you want, the mouseover text you want, as well as a web link to your desired website. Markings with offensive content will not be published.

​

Free worldwide shipping of your sponsored wine. The first vintage is 2020.

 

A visit to the WeinFeldSineu in Mallorca is unfortunately not always possible. By arrangement, we would be very happy to meet you in person, to visit with you your sponsored grapevine.

Photo rights

By uploading or sending the photo, the customer or sponsor declares that he has the existing rights and agrees to the publication of the photo on the website of weinfeldsineu.com and in the social networks.

Prices

The indicated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. You bear these costs, the amount of which you can inquire at the respective tax or customs administration.

Payment

By PayPal or by invoice / prepayment, which must be settled within 10 days without deduction. After receipt of payment, your storybook will be sent to you immediately. Follow-up payments for sponsorships with annual contributions are also payable within 10 days after receipt of invoice. In the event of non-payment of the following amounts, the sponsorship will be deleted, including the services contained therein.

 

Shipping of the sponsorship wine

The delivery of the sponsorship wine takes place shortly after the bottle is filled.
The wine bottle´s will be shipped in a shatter-proof box.
The sponsorship wine will be sent once free of charge to the desired address, which we will have you confirmed again by email before delivery. Should further deliveries be necessary e.g. due to non-delivery, the forwarding expenses are passed on to the sponsor.
Damages are to be reported immediately to the responsible parcel service or forwarding agent and to be certified on the bill of lading.

Sponsorship wine

Your sponsorship wine is made from your grape variety along with other grape varieties.

Damage to the sponsored grapevine

Should the grapevine be damaged or destroyed in the period of the sponsorship, the sponsor will receive a replacement grapevine from the WeinFeldSineu until the end of his or her sponsorship period.

​

Owner of the grapevines

As part of the sponsorship, WeinFeldSineu S.L. will be the owner of the vinegrapes.

​

Termination

The sponsorship ends automatically after expiration of the sponsorship period. An extension is possible.

​

Crop failures

For crop failures due to vandalism or natural events such as extreme bad weather periods no liability can be assumed. The number of bottles are then dependent on the harvest quantity. In case of total losses, an equivalent wine is delivered.
